Microsoft recognizes AlfaPeople Brazil as Partner of the Year for Dynamics 365 Field Service

AlfaPeople Brazil has been recognized as the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2019 for our work implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service in the Latin American and Caribbean market. With this major recognition, AlfaPeople Brazil consolidates its place as a leading provider of field service solutions in the region.

AlfaPeope’s was chosen for its successful implementation of Microsoft technology for Latin America’s largest software company in the retail sector, Linx. The selection criteria included a commitment to the project’s overall success, the impact of the solution on the company’s day-to-day activities, and the exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

Linx has a staff of +3000 employees across Brazil and 4 other countries, supporting more than 50,000 customers. The firm’s reach will continue to expand in coming years, increasing the amount and complexity of its field service, planning and monitoring activities.

The company faced a lack of system integration, non-scalable architecture, a lack of standardization in its operations, and bad experiences in field interactions, which increased risks to customer relationships and reduced project margins. As a result, Linx began researching new models and technologies in the market, finally choosing AlfaPeople.
