AlfaPeople Nordic A/S strengthens its position with acquisition of Microsolutions
AlfaPeople Nordic A/S announced, on August 15, 2024, the acquisition of Microsolutions A/S, marking a significant expansion of the company’s capabilities and presence in Denmark. This strategic move supports AlfaPeople’s growth ambitions and solidifies its position as a leading provider of IT solutions in the global market.
With the acquisition of Microsolutions A/S, AlfaPeople Nordic A/S integrates a range of new competencies and expands its service portfolio, which now includes Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, and Power BI, as well as Application Management Service (AMS). This means customers can now benefit from a wider array of digital solutions that strengthen their business processes and enhance their competitiveness.

Claus Brønd Larsen continues as General Manager
Claus Brønd Larsen continues in his role as CEO for both Microsolutions A/S and AlfaPeople Nordic A/S. Claus Brønd Larsen expresses great satisfaction with being able to lead the combined company into the future. “I am very pleased to continue in this role and look forward to building on the strong foundation we have created together with AlfaPeople. It is an exciting time for us all,” he states.
