We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance F&O Consultant to join our AlfaPeople DACH team in either Germany or Switzerland to contribute to successful digital transformations.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Expertise in functional modules: General Ledger, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Tax Management, HR, Fixed Assets, Credit & Collections, Expenses, Financial Reporting (Management Reporter).
• Experience with Power BI integration and analysis.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, solution design, and testing.
• Initiative, dynamic personality with a high degree of solution and customer orientation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work nationally and internationally
• Fluent English & German – speech and written – required.
• Desirable: knowledge of Questionnaires and Electronic Reporting (ER).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Validate deliverables and guarantee implementation quality.
• Manage project scope, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to company growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively across all levels of AlfaPeople and client organizations.
