We are now seeking a Senior CE Consultant to strengthen our AlfaPeople DACH team in either Germany or Switzerland.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of functional experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Degree in Software Engineering or related fields.
• Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Experience in retail processes, promotions, and customer management.
• Knowledge of complementary tools: Power Platform, Portals, etc.
• Updated Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Willingness to travel and work nationally and internationally 
• Fluent English & German  – speech and written – required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs.
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 functionalities and certifications.
• Lead teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support pre-sales and contribute to business growth.
