The end of Dynamics CRM 2011 Extended Technical Support: Where to next?

Extended Support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 will end next year. This means organizations operating CRM 2011 should start thinking about migration to more current CRM versions in the Dynamics 365 realm. Ultimately, migration is to cloud and newer on-premise CRMs is about protecting the integrity and security of your data, but it can also mean the chance to make big leaps in your digital transformation.

From July 13, 2021, Dynamics CRM 2011 users will not receive security updates to protect the systems from harmful viruses, spyware and other malicious software that may steal your personal information.

To take advantage of all the latest innovations and ensure uninterrupted support, at AlfaPeople we invite companies from both the public and private sectors to consider the new cloud version of Dynamics 365 – with a broad range of services, and functionality across sales, projects, marketing, plus integration with ERP technology for finance, human resources, accounting and inventory. Dynamics 365 CRM modules are also interconnectable and supported by Microsoft’s Azure Cloud security. From the cloud, users can enjoy greater accessibility and improved interfaces supported by mobile technology, with the agility and flexibility of Microsoft’s SaaS (Software as a Service) licensing.

AlfaPeople is a global Microsoft partner which is committed to the operational continuity of the platform and to driving improvements in the solution with our own IP, add-ons, third-party tools, and support services tailored to the digital transformation of both the public and private sectors.
