AlfaPeople is thrilled to recognize Fredrik Kangro as he celebrates his seven-year anniversary with AlfaPeople. Fredrik is a dynamic member of AlfaPeople’s continued success, and we are pleased to celebrate his consistent hard work within the company.
Fredrik has over 18 years of working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and has a vast experience within industries from manufacturing, Fashion, and the Retail industry. Over this time Fredrik has been a critical part of countless US and global projects from roles from Architect to Project Management.
We took the time to ask Fredrik some questions about his experience working with AlfaPeople.
What is your position at AlfaPeople and what do you do?
I am responsible for the business development and growth of our Managed Services Business process. This includes assisting in growing the business as well as offering existing clients the help they need to run their ERP systems. Lastly, I help maintain and develop business and relationships with existing key strategic accounts.
What is your typical day like?
My day consists of a lot of phone calls, planning, and coordination both internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
How does working at AlfaPeople challenge and encourage you to do your best work?
To be able to balance work and personal life is very important in being successful, and here at AlfaPeople we have a very strong belief in this balance which is very encouraging for everyone in the company including my self.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Working directly with businesses to advise, help solve and support their needs, and to contribute to their overall growth. To me, being successful at what you do is the greatest accomplishment and the most gratifying part.
What is the best advice that somebody else has given you?
Trust your instinct and act accordingly.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
Transparency and being upfront is key to develop, change and to be successful in any aspect of a relationship or business. Also, never take things for granted.
