The challenges: Integration and visibility 

Before implementation, one of the biggest challenges was the lack of integration between departments. Each area worked in isolation, creating rework, duplication of effort, and making decision-making more difficult. The need was clear: connect operations and gain real-time business visibility. 

What were they looking for in a new solution? 

NOREVO Mexico was looking for a modern, flexible, and scalable tool capable of connecting purchasing, warehousing, production, sales, and finance. The team also aimed to simplify daily work, reduce manual tasks, and allow employees to focus on higher-value activities. 

The implementation process 

The implementation, carried out in partnership with AlfaPeople, was an intensive and collaborative process. A team of key users participated in tailored training and real-case simulations, which enabled adjustments and improvements before Go Live. This approach facilitated the redesign of processes in Business Central and encouraged a change mindset from the start. 

Tangible results 

The integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) module optimized warehouse operations, reducing errors in inventory, receiving, and shipping. Digital approval workflows shortened turnaround times and improved operational control. 

Today, NOREVO Mexico enjoys real-time visibility and enhanced responsiveness. Collaboration between departments has also improved significantly, reducing reliance on external email and enabling faster information sharing. 

A more agile, connected ecosystem 

The transformation was not only technological but also cultural. Involving users from the beginning and challenging existing processes was key to success.
