Unimed: Revolutionizing the customer experience in the healthcare sector, we collaborated with Unimed to address the challenge of improving the customer experience and streamlining service channels. By implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing, we transformed Unimed’s sales process and enhanced communication with customers. The personalized and engaging journey provided to over 24,000 customers in just six months resulted in remarkable customer satisfaction rates. This project showcases the importance of agile sales processes and clear customer communication in today’s competitive market. 

2. Ourofino Química: We partnered with Ourofino Química, a prominent Brazilian agribusiness company, to leverage Microsoft’s Power Automate RPA to optimize their processes. The implementation of 36 active robots automated various finance, production, and management processes, significantly boosting productivity. This initiative saved the company approximately 350 hours per month, equivalent to the workload of 16 employees, illustrating the remarkable efficiency achieved through intelligent automation. 

3. In collaboration with a multinational telecommunications giant operating in Latin America, the United States, and Europe, we showcased its expertise in managing complex multinational projects. Successfully collaborating with 41 entities spread across 15 countries, we addressed the magnitude and variability of the project with remarkable skill and professionalism. This achievement emphasizes the depth of our capabilities in delivering large-scale transformations in the telecommunications industry.
