Behind the Payroll Colombia team was a high-performance team of specialist Dynamics 365 consultants with broad experience and knowledge across multiple areas of the Colombian economy. AlfaPeople has worked extensively in both Colombia?s private and public sectors.

Our payroll solution is comprised of a system that drives unified settlement and the validation of the entire payroll process in a single final document. The time required to carry out quality checks is reduced, giving department heads and management more time to focus on reporting and analysis.

We currently work with several organizations with a payroll of more than 2,000 employees and collaborators. They receive a daily average of 7 tickets each across income, expenditure, and employee contributions. Implementation times depend on how each company works, but we estimate a period of 4 months for a basic payroll module.

Our solution is recognized by the Direcci?n Nacional de Derechos de Autor (Colombia?s National Copyright Authority) and is currently the only product listed on Microsoft?s AppSource as a payroll settlement tool for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.

AlfaPeople’s Payroll Colombia module can be licensed as a cloud-based (SaaS) or on-premise (Perpetual Licensing) product. It is licensed monthly as SaaS in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or with one sole payment using the perpetual licensing model for on-premise. On-premise versions of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX2012 are subject to annual maintenance fees which give the client access to regular product updates.
