In response to an ambitious growth plan and the efforts to strengthen the European organization Paw Steffensen has joined AlfaPeople the 1^st of July. With a flying landing in the new role, he has taken on the responsibility for scaling up the Nordic part of the organization and will additionally be collaborating closely with the General Managers in Germany and Switzerland to focus on securing the international perspective, that makes AlfaPeople one of the strongest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the world, with offices in 14 countries and a full dedication to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and CE business solutions and the Power Platform.

Commenting on his appointment, Paw Steffensen said “I am really excited about this new challenge and are fully committed not just to strengthen AlfaPeople’s footprint in the market, but also to make sure that we are embracing the paradigm shifts in the industry and are an attractive modern workplace, that offers employees flexibility to live their best worklife. No matter if this for the individual means working remote, in a hybrid set-up or full time at the office. Some employees likes having a suitcase packed, ready for them to be able to catch the international opportunities our global set-up makes us able to offer. Paw Steffensen is a well-known face in the Microsoft Partner industry. For more than 20 years he has provided Danish and international companies with value adding consulting and has played a significant role in scaling up the organizations he has been a part of. He thrives in an ambitious fast paced and international environment and are passionate about driving growth and organizational development through people “the absolute key to achieving great results are our employees.
