Job Description Summary

As the Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (CRM) Consultant, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing CRM solutions from presales, workshops, design, customization, go-live, and continual support of our clients. You will be implementing Microsoft CRM solutions for new clients and provide excellent service and support to our existing portfolio. You will serve as an internal subject matter expert and support all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultations.  Your involvement with clients will include both off-site and on-site work.

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business or technology related BA/BS or job equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of consulting experience required
  • Must have FieldOne Experience            
  • Expert knowledge of sales management, marketing and/or customer service business processes
  • Experience with the 2 most recent versions of Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Functional and Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, web service programming, development and Application Integration capabilities such as creating a customer portal solution to the Internet

Key responsibilities

  • Implement CRM Solutions from presales, workshops, design customization, go-live and continual support
  • Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Hands on Dynamics CRM implementation experience. Should have worked on minimum one CRM migration project, one end to end implementation project.
  • Analyse, describe, and design business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and drive implementation activities
  • Understands customer needs. Performs gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements
  • Full understanding of documentation standards, and able to create high-quality project documentation
  • Participate in customer facing presales activities
  • Defines business requirements for technical solutions or alternatives. Can identify and help design customizations, workaround, or enhancements required to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrates proficiency in practice technology. Understands business process and relates knowledge to product functionality
  • Hands-on configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Prioritizes customer issues and addresses most pressing concerns
  • Actively establishes relationships with all levels within the customer organization
  • Maintains continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and management. Openly listens to others and checks understanding
  • Up to 50% travel may be required. The rest of the work will be remote
