More than 400 new features
Microsoft has announced over 400 new features in the first wave of releases in 2020. Please note that not all new features are available immediately. Since this is a “release wave”, the features will be introduced gradually between April 2020 and September 2020. So do not panic! There is still enough time to take a closer look at the announced functions.
For a detailed list of all new features and when they will be available as a preview or for everyone, you can still get an overview here and get detailed information about the individual functions.

Notes on release times in connection with COVID-19:
In response to COVID-19, Microsoft has made some changes to update plans. For example, the end of support for version 10.0.8 has been extended to May 1, 2020. Customers who have already stopped three consecutive updates via Lifecycle Services and are unable to stop the 10.0.9 update have the option to request a suspension via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support. For model-driven Dynamics 365 apps and Power Apps, the pre-release subscription is extended until May 2020.
