It is our pleasure to inform you that we had the first live release of Dynamics 365 for Operations in Latin America on April 3 2017, with our customer Keith y Ramirez. Our local team in AlfaPeople Central America working together with our development team and expert consultants Patricia Martínez Monge and Ricardo Trueblood Richmond did the kick off of this record implementation, which is made up of the entire Financial, Procurement and Supply area, Inventories, Master Planning, Production, Projects, Services and BI.

Keith y Ramírez has contributed with Costa Rican companies and institutions to modernize their equipment and operations, offering the latest technology available to meet their growing needs; From the design and installation of a complete kitchen to an efficient laundry.

The project started on April 2016 with the first version of Dynamics 365 for Operations, in which began the lifting of specifications. Once the analysis of the business need was completed, the prototype was generated. In this process came the new release 1611 of Microsoft on the new version of Dynamics 365 for Operations in which we had the first migration of environment and data. We continued with the training and customizations for the customer and today we are in the migration of data for live output.

This implementation met all the expectations for both AlfaPeople and Keith and Ramirez.

For the Partner was an achievement since in record time it was possible to assimilate the turnover of business of the client and take it to the Dynamics 365 for Operations system.

For the customer it was an important mission to assimilate the tool (which was easy and agile for its conceptualization) and to be able to extract the data of his system to the new tool of Dynamics 365 for Operations to be able to solve many shortcomings and necessities of his current system.

Once again, AlfaPeople satisfies the customer in all its business needs because it was able to adapt to the tool without many adjustments, therefore, we have a customer who showed his satisfaction by working with high technology as the one that Microsoft offers.
