ClickDimensions is a native marketing expansion, especially designed for Microsoft Dynamics in a CRM environment. ClickDimensions lets you work with email marketing, website visits and all other data relating to your website e.g. forms, surveys and landing pages. ClickDimensions links these directly to your Dynamics CRM solution. With ClickDimensions, you can efficiently and easily carry out the following tasks:
- Create email templates
- Send emails based on your marketing lists (leads, contacts, accounts)
- See your recipients’ reactions
- Real-time email statistics in CRM
- Track website visitors and get a detailed analysis of visited pages
- Possible automatic lead creation through identified website visits directly in CRM
ClickDimensions also features SMS & Campaign Automation functions.
Most ClickDimensions tools can be found in Dynamics CRM, under Marketing or Settings. Analytics can be found under Marketing, and concentrates on website tracking. In Website Tracking, you can view the details of visitors to your website. Here, you can find information about the lengths of visits to your website, viewed content, where visitors came from, and which search engines led them to you. This could be valuable information about your website that you could use to establish which content is interesting and which has to be improved in order to attract attention and increase the frequency of website visits.
In Marketing Automation, ClickDimensions offers the chance to automate your campaigns. For you, this means the campaign process and interactions can be automated. Additionally, leads and contacts can be automatically created in the Dynamics CRM solution and allocated to the person responsible in your company.
When it comes to email marketing, you can create email templates and manage all your email communication. In just a few clicks, you can get an overview of all sent emails, or an overview of all planned email communication. Of course, you can also view a statistical analysis of these processes at any time. Another standard function is subscription management, which shows unsubscribers as well as sent subscriptions.
In Mobile, you can create mass text messages and easily send texts using the SMS Connector. Statistical evaluation is also available here as a standard function.
For Event Management, ClickDimensions offers the Events module for event participations. External applications such as GoToWebinar, Webex, Cvent etc can be directly linked to your Dynamics CRM via a connector. This means that the event participants can be automatically saved as contacts or leads in your CRM database.
ClickDimensions also lets you analyse your published forms, fields, surveys and survey answers. Online forms can offer you valuable information, and can be easily created with ClickDimensions. You can find even more ClickDimensions features under ‘Settings’.
First, the email CNAME must be entered. This relates to your web domain, used to identify your CRM and your ClickDimensions solution. Once a valid CNAME is provided, you can send emails as well as monitor and analyse campaigns, web events and web analytics.
You can also choose from a range of different filters. These facilitate easy searching as well as the detailed analysis of available data. Page views, visits and data from published forms can be filtered with ease. It’s important to note that these filters only work with the right CNAME domain. Without a valid CNAME domain, these filter functions are not available.
