On the Workshop: Power Platform Advanced you will be introduced to how you use AI in your Power Platform applications via Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate. More specifically, you will get hands-on knowledge on how to utilize your data and insights to digitize and automate the virtual conversations with customers and employees.
Introduction to Power Virtual Agents
Learn to understand the tool, what Flows are and how to work with Flows. You will also learn how to create a Virtual Agent.
Introduction to QnA Maker
What is a QnA Maker and how to work with it. Also learn to create a knowledge database.
Building a chatbot
Learn how to create a Chatbot and how to work with advanced features for processing data at runtime.
Learn how to browse data sources automatically, integrate with Virtual Power Agent and Integration with QnA Maker.

1 week before the workshop, you will receive an invitation for a Teams call and Teams Channel. All training material will be uploaded to the Teams Channel.
