AlfaPeople was part of the most important event for Microsoft partners in Costa Rica

The event was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel San Jose, and multiple partners from different areas of the industry attended.

All participants had the opportunity to get different types of trainings and access discounts through resources that were enabled both for current partners and for those who would like to start working with Microsoft as partners.

In addition to presenting the benefits of the partner program, Microsoft organized partner testimonials, workshops, demonstrations and conferences on digital transformation, how to be profitable in the cloud, how to be a modern partner, among other topics within its approach.

Ruth Torres, a solution architect of AlfaPeople Central America, participated as a guest speaker from Microsoft Costa Rica, to discuss Customer Engagement and the importance of using tools such as Power BI, Social Engagement and CRM; solutions offered by Microsoft in order to meet customer needs and increase their productivity and loyalty.
