AlfaPeople Chile Obtains the ISO 9001:2015 Certification
After months of implementation work, in which we have the participation and commitment of all areas of the company, our first certification audit process concluded, in which we obtained, on the part of Bureau Veritas Certification, the ISO certification 9001: 2015 to March 2021. This means that AlfaPeople has accredited operational excellence and concern for the continuous improvement of its processes.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally accepted standard for quality management systems within organizations. Implementing a quality management system is a strategic decision for an organization that can help it improve overall performance and provide solid grounds for sustainable development initiatives.
ISO 9001: 2015 is based on seven principles:
- Focus on the client
- Commitment of the people
- Focus in process
- Decision-making based on evidence
- Relationship management.
Potential benefits an organization can obtain for implementing a quality management system based on this Standard include:
a) The ability to supply products and services that meet customer requirements, legal requirements and applicable regulations on a regular basis;
b) Facilitate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction;
c) Deal with the risks and opportunities associated to the organization’s context and objectives;
d) The ability to prove compliance with stipulated quality management system requirements.
In the words of Felipe De Vidts, CEO of AlfaPeople Chile:
“We keep moving towards excellence. From the official delivery of the Certificate, we add to our competences the validation of working under internationally recognized quality standards, ensuring the quality of the services we provide to our clients”
