Our project management team is stronger than ever before as new leaders in the company have taken a lease on their roles and inspired their teams. Meet the new starters:

Areti Antonakopoulou: Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Areti advises customers on best practices and provides overall guidance on how to best implement Dynamics 365 functionality. As part of the AlfaPeople delivery team, she works closely with the customer to ensure requirements are aligned to business objectives and processes to create a system that maximises business value and efficiency.

Dave Harris: Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Dave is a Microsoft Certified, enthusiastic CRM specialist with over 16 years’ experience of full life cycle implementations for a variety of sectors including Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Building Products, and Construction. At AlfaPeople, Dave develops strong relationships with clients through his genuine passion for helping them build CRM solutions, which capitalise on their customers’ journey and realise improvements to gain a return on their investment.

David Tunnicliff: Director, Dynamics 365 Enterprise Architecture

At AlfaPeople, Dave has responsibility for solution design, to ensure the quality of design and to ensure the design meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers. Dave’s wider remit is to ensure that each design for our customers has been assessed \ approved. Dave will be working across Alfapeople UK to establish ways that we can work together to ensure we have the best processes, tools and procedures for design and delivery.

Donna Chadwick: Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Donna has 7+ years’ experience in specialist technical IT and project delivery, 5+ years’ experience within the NHS, Social Care and Public Sector and 15 year’s sales and marketing experience in the private sector. Donna has wide-ranging functional experience with an excellent technical understanding of Dynamics CRM 2011 through to 2016 Online/On Prem and Dynamics 365, Social Listening, Power Bi and Dynamics Marketing 2013/2015. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Donna advises customers on how to best implement Dynamics 365.

James Hetfield: Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

James is a Senior Technical Consultant and Developer responsible for the end to end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. Specialising in Microsoft .NET technologies, James has had extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 3 through to Dynamics 365. James has over fifteen years of experience in software design and development on Microsoft platforms ranging from specific tools to larger enterprise applications.

Leon Rakitzis: Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

Leon advises customers on best practices when it comes to implementing Dynamics 365 functionality. As part of the AlfaPeople delivery team, he works with customers to ensure requirements are aligned to business requirements and maximise the opportunity for increased efficiency.

Marion Kelly: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant

Marion is an experienced Senior Consultant of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) since CRM 3.0 and prior to this Sage CRM; with a solid Software Engineering Background. Excellent all round skills of Microsoft Dynamics and associated technologies including all aspects of the software delivery. Marion has over 10 years’ industry experience in more than 35 clients, 13 as technical lead, many of these had subsequent work phases. Able to effectively work in the complete project cycle; requirements, design, implementation, test and go live.

Oscar Caravaca Martinez: Lead Dynamics 365 for Operations Solutions Architect

Oscar has a solid track record of providing effective solutions for more than 20 years to all sizes of companies including Fortune 500. He possesses vast experience in the world of leading organizational change, managing teams, and business consulting; covering most diverse sectors. At AlfaPeople Oscar works with customers to assist with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for Operations (previously AX).

Doug Broomfield: Principal Programme Manager

Doug is a Principal Programme Manager who has successfully led a number of large scale projects across both Microsoft Dynamics and other related technologies. He has developed a reputation for implementing challenging projects on time and to agreed budget but also takes a strategic approach to ensure an overall view of the programme/projects whilst ensuring that interdependencies are raised quickly and addressed from a technical and operational perspective.

Paulina Newman: Programme Manager

Paulina is an energetic and qualified Programme Manager possessing a strong management education and solid supervision experience gained in multinational companies. Paulina has significant experience in project delivery using a range of methodologies and techniques including Prince2 and Agile. Paulina also has an in-depth knowledge across a range of core business systems and infrastructure projects. At AlfaPeople, Paulina ensures that all projects are delivered in an effective and timely manner, managing stakeholder relationships and the meeting of customer requirements.

Sadiye Archbold: Service Delivery Manager

At AlfaPeople, Sadiye ensures that AlfaPeople’s solutions continue to perform at a level of excellence for customers post-implementation. Sadiye has a track record of providing solutions to the highest professional standards, meeting demanding time restraints whilst generally exceeding customer expectations. In addition to leading AlfaPeople’s Service Delivery team, Sadiye efficiently prioritises cases, effectively evaluates problems and generates solutions for our customers.
