AlfaPeople are pleased to announce that global tradeshow organization ITE Group PLC is going ahead with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This addition to the original project represents the full scope of ITE Group PLC’s growth and transformation programme, announced in 2017.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool which works seamlessly with the customer relationship management (CRM) platform provided by Microsoft Dynamics 365. The unity of ERP and CRM empowers businesses to adapt and scale according to market demands quickly and effectively. Benefits include more robust financial reporting, automation of logistics and a 360-degree view of the organization across devices to empower better decision making.

ITE Group PLC operates conferences and exhibitions worldwide, and as such require IT to become a true business enabler, delivering a set of unified IT systems that are manageable, simple, globally consistent and offer visibility and mobility. To address this, AlfaPeople will supply Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to enable and drive a uniform operating model. This will improve business processes and dramatically improve management reporting across nine countries.
