AlfaPeople Chile has established a strategic alliance with iConstruye, a company connected with CChC (Chilean Chamber of Construction) and whose economic activity focuses on commercial electronics, to deliver a modern electronic billing solution that is efficient and easy to use.
This alliance will deliver greater value to customers by enabling Dynamics AX to manage electronic files (DTE) sent and received in a clear and simple way, complying with all the requirements of Chile’s Internal Tax Service (SII), being a reliable solution and standardized for the issuing of electronic documents such as: Invoices, Credit and Debit Notes, Dispatch Guides, Receipts, Export Invoices, Credit Notes and Export Debits in XML format from Microsoft Dynamics AX.
This component allows for complete tracking and traceability when sending the DTE, from the issuance to the client’s receipt of the document. In addition, it has a robust communication platform of transactional emails that ensure the delivery of documents and notifications.
In addition, it generates AIF (Application Integration Framework) services for loading the status history of the different documents. This will enable you to obtain the DTE in PDF format directly from Dynamics AX and to monitor the sending of the document to both the SII and the electronic taxpayer, among other functions.
