AlfaPeople is pleased to announce the appointment of José Francisco Laínez Román as the new Commercial Manager for AlfaPeople Central America.

José is a 36-year-old Ecuadorian with a degree in Computer Engineering and Masters in Administration and New Business from the Universidad Santa María de Chile and the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has more than 14 years’ experience in the world of processes consulting, e-commerce and business management software, and in the last 7 years, as a commercial and strategic leader with Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM large partners in Ecuador and Peru.

Among his passions and hobbies is teaching and directing business research projects, being a professor for 8 years of undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the Catholic Universities of Guayaquil, Espíritu Santo de Guayaquil, and Santa María de Chile.

José explains in this way, his expectations in AlfaPeople:
