Join us for an intimate gathering of forward-thinking patient safety leaders to explore how we can make better use of technology and harness the power of data to transform the serious incident investigation process.
Beginning with a high-level discussion on how to improve patient safety through better shared learning and the role that technology plays in this, led by Angela Helleur, Chief Nurse at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (London dates only), attendees will then have the chance to see the Eva Investigation Tool for themselves and discover how it can support healthcare organisations to do just that.
Ahead of the event, attendees will be asked to complete a questionnaire to identify key questions and issues they would like to put to our lead investigator Chris Brougham (also Director at Verita), who has over 15 years’ experience leading incident investigations. Chris will then host a ‘shared learning session’ where she will offer the group her advice and lessons on best practice and give participants the opportunity to share their own experiences and learnings. For those who would prefer to speak to her on-one-one, she’ll also be hosting a drop-in clinic over refreshments.
