Terms of Purchase and Cancellation

 In General
These terms of purchase and delivery apply to all offers, sales and deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.:

    • For Germany, the Partner is: AlfaPeople GmbH
    • For Switzerland, the Partner is: AlfaPeople AG
    • For United Kingdom, the Partner is: AlfaPeople Ltd.
    • For Denmark, the Partner is: AlfaPeople Nordic A/S

All prices are stated in local currency, and it is clearly stated whether prices are with or without VAT.

All payment is made by e-mailing an invoice, which is paid no later than the date the invoice states as the last timely payment date.

Paid later than agreed, AlfaPeople is entitled to charge default interest from the due date in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interest Act.

Delivery of goods
Delivery takes place to the address specified by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Right of withdrawel when purchasing the goods
If you regret your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days, provided the item is unused, defect-free and in the original packaging. Returns are at your own expense. Please note that the right of withdrawal for our services may be agreed to be less than the 14 days, see below regarding courses and events.

Right of complaint
The goods are covered by a 2-year warranty from the invoice date.

Complaints regarding defective or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing immediately and no later than 30 days from the invoice date. Returns are at your own.

Especially about courses and events etc.
Below you will find cancellation conditions for courses, seminars, workshops, etc..

  • Registration is binding
    If canceled up to 14 days before the start of the event, the entry fee will be refunded at least 15%. After this time, the full amount will be invoiced.
  • Cancellation
    Cancellation must be made in writing via email to info@alfapeople.com and must be received by AlfaPeople Nordic A/S no later than 12:00 on the day of the above deadlines.
  • Transfer of ticket
    It is possible for registered participants to hand over the ticket to a colleague when the registered participant is prevented from attending. Transfer must be made in writing via e-mail to info@alfapeople.com and contain information such as name, title, e-mail, company name and which event you are registered for. It is not possible to transfer the payment responsibility.
  • Reservations
    AlfaPeople Nordic A/S reserves the right to make changes to the program, time and place.

Course certificate
If you want a course certificate for participation, send an email after the course to info@alfapeople.com. It is a requirement for the issuance of a course certificate that you have participated in a minimum of 85% of the teaching time.
