Due to exiting initiatives to strengthen our European organization even further, we´re looking to hire skilled D365 Finance Consultants, who wants to join to our D365 FO Business Consulting team. You will be working with leading edge technologies and participate on interesting client projects from various segments of markets, while applying your in-depth knowledge within finance, process and controlling.

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate, we expect you to have a proven track record of working with Microsoft D365 FO (and/or AX) from either an internal role or from a consultative perspective. You have a relevant educational background and an already demonstrated capability in successfully applying your solid knowledge of financial processes on high scale ERP implementation projects. We furthermore expect you to have great business acumen, enjoy the client faced dialogues and have solid IT-competencies within the platform e.g. configuration, experience documenting requirements and matching solution within finance (required). If you also have knowledge of areas as fraud protection, supply chain, warehouse management and e-commerce it is seen as an advantage -but even more importantly you´re willing to learn and grow as we´re growing.

As a person you are service-minded, have a sharp eye for details and you know the value of clear and effective communication and prioritizing. Others describe you as a dependable, knowledge-sharing team-player, that cooperates well with individuals at all levels of an organization. As AlfaPeople is an international consultancy it´s required, that you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English. Some traveling activity must be expected for this role. The position will be reporting into our office in Herford but with an option to work in a flexible remote or hybrid set-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design functional business processes and solution architecture
• Establish overview of requirements defined by the client
• Optimize business processes and perform testing and reporting
• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyse and design solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that client needs are met
• Document, propose and discuss architecture and solutions options
• Consider the client´s business strategies and process requirements
• Keep up your Ninja skills and focus on relevant industry trends
