After months of implementation work, in which we have the participation and commitment of all areas of the company, our first certification audit process concluded, in which we obtained, on the part of Bureau Veritas Certification, the ISO certification 9001: 2015 to March 2021. This means that AlfaPeople has accredited operational excellence and concern for the continuous improvement of its processes.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally accepted standard for quality management systems within organizations. Implementing a quality management system is a strategic decision for an organization that can help it improve overall performance and provide solid grounds for sustainable development initiatives.
